These terms cover your use of digitalzillions.io and the software published by DGZI Ltd Trading as DigitalZillions. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
1. The website
We provide this site free of charge and take reasonable care to keep the information on it accurate. We can't promise it is complete or up to date at every moment, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
2. Our software
Apps distributed through Apple's App Store are licensed to you under Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement unless we supply a custom licence with the app. Your purchase is a transaction with Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
Where we describe an app as free, it stays free for the features described. Where an app is a one-time purchase, updates to the version you bought are included; we may charge separately for a future major version, and if we do we will say so clearly beforehand.
Some services — particularly those where we store or process data on your behalf — are offered on a subscription, because they cost us something to run every month. Where that applies we will say so before you pay, tell you what happens to your data if you cancel, and give you a way to get it out.
3. Beta software
Anything we label as beta — currently Book of Work — is provided as-is for evaluation. It may change, break, or lose data between releases, and we do not guarantee that data created in a beta will migrate to the finished product. Please keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this site or our software unlawfully, or to break anyone else's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or infrastructure;
- send malicious, automated or bulk submissions through our support form;
- scrape, copy or redistribute the site's content for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The DigitalZillions name, logo and the content of this site belong to DGZI Ltd. You may quote or link to our pages with attribution. You may not reuse our branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.
6. Third-party links
Where we link to another site — Apple's App Store, GitHub, or a service one of our apps talks to — we don't control it and aren't responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of this site or our software.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
