Welcome to Vine Vault! Our app, developed by DGZI Ltd trading as Digital Zillions ("we," "us," or "our"), provides quick access search functionality for Amazon listings, particularly focusing on the Amazon Vine program. You can save your favorite searches and access them with a single click, streamlining your Browse experience.

At DGZI Ltd, we are deeply committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our approach to data handling.

Crucially, Vine Vault is designed with user privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or login information from our users on our servers or systems.

2. Data We Do Not Collect or Store

We want to be absolutely clear: DGZI Ltd does not collect, store, or have access to any personal data, login credentials, search history, favorite searches, or any other user-generated data from your use of the Vine Vault app.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your Amazon login credentials (username and password).
• Your search queries or results.
• Your saved favorite searches.
• Any usage data or analytics related to your activity within the app.
• Device-specific information (e.g., IP address, device ID).

3. Data Storage on Your Device and iCloud

All data generated by your use of Vine Vault, such as your saved favorite searches, is stored locally on your device. This data is under your sole control.

Additionally, Vine Vault offers the option to store your saved searches within your personal iCloud account. This functionality is managed entirely by Apple's iCloud service and your iCloud settings. We (DGZI Ltd) do not have access to your iCloud account or any data stored within it. When you choose to use iCloud for data storage, you are utilizing Apple's secure cloud infrastructure, and the privacy of that data is governed by Apple's privacy policies and your iCloud settings.

The benefit of iCloud storage is that it allows you to synchronize your saved searches across other devices where you are logged into the same iCloud account. This sharing is solely between your devices via iCloud, not through our systems.

4. Login with Amazon (LWA)

Vine Vault utilizes "Login with Amazon" (LWA) to enable the app's functionality, which requires interaction with Amazon's services. When you log in with Amazon, you are directly interacting with Amazon's authentication system.

• We do not receive or store your Amazon login credentials.
• We do not receive or store any personal information about you from Amazon.

The LWA process is solely used to establish a secure connection between your app and Amazon's services to enable search functionality.

Your use of Amazon's services through LWA is subject to Amazon's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please review these documents on Amazon's website for details on how Amazon handles your data.

5. How We Use Data (We Don't)

As we do not collect or store any user data, we naturally do not use your data for any purpose, including but not limited to:

Since we do not collect or store any user data, we do not share any data with third parties.

7. Your Choices and Controls

Amazon Login: You can log into Amazon within the app to enable its search functionality or log out to disable it. Logging out will simply stop the app from being able to perform Amazon-related searches; it does not affect any data stored locally on your device or in your iCloud.

Local Data: Any data stored locally on your device can be managed or deleted directly through your device's operating system settings or by uninstalling the app.

iCloud Data: Data stored in your iCloud account is managed entirely by you through your device's iCloud settings. You have full control over what data is backed up to iCloud and can delete it at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Vine Vault is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 16, as we do not collect any personal data at all. 9. International Users (GDPR & CCPA Considerations)

While we do not collect personal data, we acknowledge that users in the European Union (EU) are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and users in California, USA, by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
